Kid Wins National Mullet Competition, Raises Money For Foster Families

An 11-year-old from Arkansas is a rock star kid after winning a national mullet competition and donating his prize money to charity.

Allan Baltz took the top prize in the kids' division after he started growing his hair during quarantine. Allan's mom, Leslie Baltz, says he wasn't interested in joining the competition at first but then changed his mind after realizing there was money involved and Allan knew he could give that money to kids in foster care. Allan and his twin sister, Alice, were both in foster care before being adopted in 2015.

Allan is donating his $2,500 prize money to foster organizations!
