Beastie Boys Announce Book Tour
The Beastie Boys are planning a special book tour to coincide with the release of their memoir, Beastie Boys Book, next month. The 'Live & Direct' tour will feature surviving members Mike D and Ad-Rock holding readings, answering audience questions, and a conversation with a 'special guest moderator', all with a live score by Mix Master Mike. Tickets go on sale Friday. Beastie Boys Book includes not only the usual stories and photos, but also a cookbook, a graphic novel, a map of NYC, and more. It'll be out October 30.
