Johnny Depp has played the iconic Capt. Jack Sparrow for the past 15 years in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, but he will not be in the next swashbuckling adventure. Disney announced that they are moving forward with a sixth movie in its Pirates franchise, but they will do it without Depp.
