New COVID-19 testing sites are being opened around the Bay Area. Marin County will offer FREE COVID-19 testing to those who live in San Rafael's Canal neighborhood, which is one of the most diverse and densely-populated areas of the county. The testing site will be on Francisco Boulevard. People will need to make an appointment first and can do so through the county's website.
Sonoma County has launched two new sites in Santa Rosa and Petaluma. Testing at the community sites will be open to all residents regardless of whether they have coronavirus symptoms or not. The two sites which are not drive-thrus will open on Tuesday, May 5. Appointments are available on weekdays and can be made by clicking here.
