1.Get errands done outside the house early in the day
2.Drink of lots of liquids to stay hydrated
3.Stay in air conditioning if possible if not at least out of the sun
4.If your work requires you to be outside, take lots of breaks in shade or air conditioning
5.Don’t leave kids or pets unattended cars or trucks under any circumstances.
