California's Unemployment EDD Looking To Hire 1,800 Employees


California's Employment Development Department or EDD says it wants to hire roughly 1,800 people.

The department is hiring both full and part-time staff to help others impacted by the public health crisis.

EDD said the positions will include both work-from-home and in-office jobs at locations across the state. Jobs will include:

EDD said bilingual and multilingual workers are needed, especially those who are proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
