Starting today/Monday in Alameda County you can now get together in 'social bubbles.' So what are social bubbles? Social bubbles are micro communities of exclusive groups of up to 12 people that should be kept exclusive for up to 3 weeks. You will need to choose who you want to hang out with and keep it that way for the time being!
