It's been announced by Britain's Royal Mail that Queen will become only the third rock band to appear on commemorative stamps in the UK.
The eight stamp collection will feature the legendary band's most iconic album covers and the stamp that will garner the most attention features a photo of the band from their very first photo shoot.
Group member Roger Taylor spoke of the stamps and said, "Thanks Royal Mail for stamping us!" Brian May said, "We have become a national institution and nothing brings this home more than this incredible tribute from Royal Mail."
The 13-stamp collection will be sold in a Presentation Pack. The stamps and other collectibles are available for preorder at www.royalmail.com/queen.
