You may be eligible for federal assistance means help with loans, with temporary housing, even help with repairs needed on your house.
8 counties have been approved for federal funding including Napa, San Mateo, Solano, Sonoma and Santa Cruz.
You may also qualify for a Small Business Administration loan. They have Home Disaster Loans – for homeowners or renters to repair or replace disaster-damaged real estate and personal property, including automobiles. Alameda and Contra Costa counties are included in this program.
I know from experience the post-fire time is often mind-numbing and difficult.
