More businesses in Marin County are reopening on Wednesday. The county went from the purple to the red tier which means malls, salons, churches, restaurants, museums, gyms, personal care like waxing, and movie theaters can reopen inside but with limited capacity. The only other counties in the two (red) tier are San Francisco and Santa Clara.
