Heads up Veterans! Today is National Economic Impact Payment Registration Day! It’s a nationwide effort to get people who don’t normally file taxes registered for an Economic Impact payment. If you’re a veteran this means if you don’t work or have no earned income, you can qualify for a $1200 payment from the IRS.
It’s not just for veterans, if you or someone you know has an income that’s less than $12,200 yearly, or is married with a joint income of less than $24,400 that qualifies you.
The deadline is November 21. Pro-tip you get your money faster if you get it direct deposited, if you want a paper check, that will take a little longer.
