As the mom of a 23-year old and a 19-year old, I now know the waking-up-at-night-with-baby days will end, but when you’re in the thick of it, you’re desperate for a good night’s sleep! Here’s a super easy hack to help your baby get a good night’s sleep I found on Romper.com: Take your baby outside during the day. Exposure to sunshine helps them regulate their day/night rhythms by helping them produce the sleep hormone melatonin.

And before you know it you can be woken up at night by your 19-year old blasting his electric guitar!
