Do you have trouble sleeping? Have you tried melatonin? I tried some melatonin last night to help me sleep as getting good deep sleep is super important for anxiety relief, plus continued poor sleep can increase your risk of getting Alzheimer’s. The melatonin I took was 3mg time-released. It worked so well I felt a bit groggy in the morning!
Other than melatonin here are some steps you can take to increase your odds of getting a good night’s sleep:
1.Wear a light-blocking eye mask
2.Increase your physical activity, and decrease your afternoon caffeine
3.Keep your bedroom on the cooler side, mid-60s or even lower if you can
