We're getting our first glimpse of the upcoming Sex Pistols biopic miniseries Pistol.
It's not much - just a couple of stills of the band performing on stage, with Anson Boon as Johnny Rotten and Louis Partridge as Sid Vicious. But the resemblance is uncanny.
Pistol is based on guitarist Steve Jones' memoir Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol. It will be directed by Danny Boyle of Trainspotting and Slumdog Millionaire fame.
The show will premiere on FX but no release date has been given yet.
