If your kids are going back into the classroom there may come a time when your child tells you the desks have been moved closer than the current 6 feet apart.
A new study published last week showed reducing the distance between students to 3 feet is safe in terms of virus transmission. The study was done in schools back in Massachusetts, the study’s author stated there was “no substantial difference in the number of cases among either students or staff in school districts that implemented a distancing policy of three versus six feet between students.”
The CDC says they are reviewing the data and revisiting their guidance.
