After putting it on the market in April of 2019, David Coverdale has finally sold his Lake Tahoe estate.
The Incline Village home has fetched $6.8 million, according to real estate agency Chase International. While that might be a lot of money to the average Joe, in Coverdale's case it represents a significant drop from the $9.85 million the house was originally listed at. After he received no offers, Coverdale lowered his asking price to $7.65 in April 2020, and then to $6.8 million in February.
"Every day for over 30 years, my family and I have loved and embraced our home," the 69-year-old Coverdale says in a statement.
