If you're afraid of water -- or afraid of heights -- then a swimming pool that was unveiled in London on Wednesday probably isn't your cup of tea.
The 82-foot-long "Sky Pool" is suspended 115 feet above ground between the roofs of two Embassy Gardens towers. What's more, is it's made out of clear acrylic -- meaning swimmers will never forget they're 10 stories in the air. While the attraction might sound like a disaster waiting to happen, engineers say the bottom of the pool is 12 inches thick and it's been subjected to multiple stress tests.
But don't pack your swimsuit just yet. The pool is only open to members of the Embassy Gardens' "Eg:Le Club," for which memberships start at $1.4 million, according to Embassy officials.
