How to save money at the grocery store even with food prices going up!
Grocery saving tip #1
#1 Plan ahead! Plan out what you’re going to eat for the week so when you get to the store you don’t find yourself buying things you may never eat (I’m talking to you moldy arugula!)
#2 Buy generic versions of your groceries if they are available. At Whole Foods look for their label, 365 by Whole Foods Market
#3 When you see a product you like on sale, stock up! You can often get great deals on fruits and veggies when they’re in season and there are lots of them. Buy a bunch and freeze them for later!
