Consumer Reports says people who eat more berries seem to live longer. They suggest eating a cup of berries a day when they’re in season. This is because berries lower your risk of heart attack as well as lower your blood pressure.
Eating blueberries three times a week can help lower your risk of type two diabetes. This is important as diabetes is the fastest-growing chronic disease in our country.
Plus, as they say in infomercials, but wait there’s more! Berries also boost your memory and learning ability.
