#1 Start your own podcast! Don’t wait for everything to be perfect. Jump in! Use your phone or an inexpensive USB mic, start talking and learn. In product development, this is called a “minimal viable product.” Meaning put out a product with good enough features to give the world an idea of what you’re going for, and use the feedback and experience you get to improve from there
#2 Get your podcast heard by putting it on a podcast hosting platform. There are many including Buzzsprout, Spreaker, Podbean, Anchor, and Podiant. Do a Google search and see which one feels best to you
#3 Plan out 2 to 3 takeaways for the listener. Our boss Little Ricci says remember WIFM. Always ask yourself, from the point of view of your listener, What’s In It For Me. Make sure you’re providing your audience with an answer to that question.
