Did you ever wonder if you have bad breath? Is there any way to check your own breath?
You might try breathing into your cupped hand but experts say that’s not really effective because we get used to the smell of our own breath. Here’s a better way to test your breath:
Lick your wrist! Wait 10 seconds then smell that area! If it smells funky it’s TicTac time. If you smell nothing you’re probably fine, but if you’re nervous see if you can bum a mint off someone!
