#3 Carrot Peppermint broth: Boil sliced carrots with one teaspoon of dried peppermint or use a peppermint teabag. Turn the heat to medium-low and cook about 15 minutes or until carrots are soft. If you’re using a tea bag, remove it then blend the mixture until smooth and drink to heal!
