Popular coffee chain Dutch Bros. will open a 24-hour drive-thru in Concord, California, after getting approval from the city's Planning Commission.
Dutch Bros. will open at the corner of Clayton and Bailey Road making this the third location in the East Bay. Dutch Bros. has drive-thru's in Brentwood and Oakley. There's also a location in Fairfield.
