Our neighbors in Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Illinois, are dealing with the aftermath of the devastating tornadoes. People around the world are stepping up to help.
If you would like to help those affected, I found three organizations that you can donate to:
1. The Red Cross. They are on the ground making sure everyone has a safe place to stay, food, relief supplies as well as emotional support. To send a $10 donation text REDCROSS to the number 90999.
2. Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky has set up the Team Western Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund which you can access at Kentucky.gov
3. With boots as well as meals on the ground right now is the World Central Kitchen. They’re cooking and distributing food to those affected. If you’re in the Bay Area you might remember they helped us during the fires. You can find them at wck.org
Is there an aid organization you like to support? Please shout it out in the comments!
