A 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am that was given to Burt Reynolds for his work on "Smokey and the Bandit" is off the market.
TMZ reports the car sold for just under 500-thousand dollars at the Barret-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona over the weekend. The Trans Am is similar to the one Reynolds drove on screen in the film and is signed by him on the glovebox.
