Duran Duran is getting ready for the release of their deluxe edition of “Future Past,” the band’s fifteenth studio album will feature “Laughing Boy,” a song about abandoning scenes and futile wants.
Along with “Laughing Boy,” two more songs will be added to the 12-track album, “Velvet Newton,” and “Invocation.”
Last week Duran Duran was named as a nominee for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The class of 2022 includes Eminem, Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie, Beck, Pat Benatar, Carly Simon, A Tribe Called Quest, Kate Bush, Devo, Judas Priest, Eurythmics, Fela Kuti, MC5, New York Dolls, Rage Against the Machine, and Dionne Warwick.
The inductees will be announced in May and the induction ceremony will be held in the fall.
