Sir Rod Stewart is back in shape following his knee replacement and ankle surgery.
The 77-year-old posted a video to Instagram today showing him running laps and saying he’s at 'top fitness'.
The rocker went under the knife in 2020, after injuring himself playing football.
Stewart previously said his 'football days are over’ but his touring days aren’t.
He’ll hit the road this summer for a North America trek.
