"SNL" has announced that legendary comedian/actor Eddie Murphy will appear in this season's holiday episode on December 21. This will mark his first time hosting the show since he finished his run as a series regular in 1984. The 45th season of "SNL" kicks off on September 28th with host Woody Harrelson.
