Make This Easy Face Mask With A Paper Towel, Staples, & Rubber Bands

Health officials are now recommending to wear masks when going outdoors. People should cover their nose and mouth with a cloth, according to the CDC. Cloth face coverings, when combined with physical distancing and hand washing, may prevent transmission of coronavirus to others when leaving the house for essential activities. People with no or mild symptoms may have coronavirus and not know it.

Wearing face coverings helps protect others from exposure. Medical and N95 masks are to be saved for medical professionals. The cloth masks don't have the same protection but are encouraged to be used to help stop spread of particles when sneezing and coughing in public. It is still encouraged to stay indoors and not go outside unless necessary
