Wolfgang Van Halen Unveils Debut Solo Single “Distance” with Touching Tribute to His Father
Wolfgang played with his father since 2007 and has now paid tribute to his late father with his solo debut. Wolfgang Van Halen released a song called “Distance.” It’s a tribute written while Eddie Van Halen was battling cancer, “imagining what my life would be without him and how terribly I’d miss him,” as Wolfgang explained in a statement. Eddie Van Halen passed away on Oct. 6 after a long battle with cancer.
