The Bay Area region’s ICU capacity has officially dropped below the 15% capacity threshold that was put in place by Gov. Gavin Newsom. The ICU capacity is reportedly 12.9% which has triggered a regional stay-at-home order. Napa, Solano, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo Counties will now be forced t join the other Bay Area counties and close businesses.
All individuals living in the Bay Area region are currently ordered to stay home or at their place of residence, except for permitted work, local shopping or other permitted errands, or as otherwise authorized effective December 17, 2020, at 11:59pm.
