Dolly Parton and Dionne Warwick are set to collaborate on a gospel song, "Peace Like a River," written by Parton.
The story of the duet began when Parton pitched Warwick the song is what Dionne told during an interview with the Tamron Hall Show.
Parton and Warwick have both seen resurgences in popularity over the past few years, and both have gained a new fan base on social media.
Warwick is the cousin of the late Whitney Houston, who famously performed Parton's "I Will Always Love You."
