Northridge, California is the only location where you'll get to see the Chuck E. Cheese animatronic band!
Chuck E. Cheese officials say Munch's Make Believe Band will continue to perform daily at their location in Northridge, but that's it. All other locations will have the animatronic icons removed. The band first debuted at Chuck E. Cheese locations across the nation in 1989. But, over the years the form of "pizzatainment" has disappeared from many restaurants due to operational costs, vandalism, and renovations.
Northridge will build an entertainment area surrounding the attraction, including interactive dance floors, to keep the hype going.
